Haleʻiwa Store Lots’ annual Keiki Halloween Costume Contest and Trick-or-Treat is back! Join us on Sunday, October 29th! Participating merchants will pass out candy between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m., while supplies last. Registration for the Keiki Halloween Costume Contest starts at 2 p.m. There will be three age groups: 0-3 year olds, 4-8 year olds, and 9-12 years olds. Participation is limited to 50 per age group.
